Answer: Introduction: This article is based over determining key factors affecting international tourists perceived service quality and their return intention towards Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Impact of tourism could be positive as well as negative. Authors have used a structured questionnaire in order to analyse the impact of tourism in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The questionnaire was delivered to 1673 tourists who had visited the city or had a stay for more than 3 days. Outcomes originated from the questionnaire were unique and effective service quality, history, art, culture, local cuisine, etc. These factors created positive impact over international tourists return intention to the city. Vietnam is known for its great tourist attractions. From breath taking mountainous wonders of both the Northwest and Tay Nguyen ranges to the beautiful bays of Ha Long and Nha Trang, are some of the attractive places in Vietnam which impose positive impact over the tourists. In February 2018, 1,431,845 people visited Ho Chi Minh City which is 0.1% more than the people visited in the month if January 2018. This indicates that numbers of visitors are increasing rapidly which is enhancing the growth of tourism sector in Vietnam (Khuong Quyen, 2016). In relation with the revisiting to a particular location, loyalty factor plays crucial role. For example: a loyal customer does not switch their products brands rapidly. Loyalty is the factor through which customers could be attracted and loyalty is commonly reflected in the intention of visitors to repeat destination. Tourism sector has a significant role in an economy as it creates job opportunities and also helps in improvisation in wealth of an area. In order to move towards development, developing countries are promoting tourism at large scale to uplift the economic conditions of a place as well as to improve the quality of life for the people residing at the particular place (Pham, 2012). According to this article, Vietnams tourism industry is progressing and moving towards success at great speed. This improvement and growth has helped Vietnam in many spheres such as it has created socio-economic benefits. Still, Vietnam is lagging behind various regions in terms of attracting tourists and number of visitors. Under this article, development of tourism for Ho Chi Minh City and factors which influences development of tourism industry will be discussed. Tourism is one of the largest and dynamic sources of attracting foreign income in unfortunate regions. There are various evidences which show negative impact of tourism and especially over environment coastal areas. Tourism is being counted in the top three sectors in terms of generation of employment opportunities in Ho Chi Minh City. Development of tourism is necessary as it helps to attract visitors and it also affects improvisation in standard of living for local public of Ho Chi Minh City. There are various tourism development indicators which could be used to enhance the quality of standard of life of local people. Tourism industry promotes great investments in infrastructures which helps the destination to attract visitors (Ai Nga, 2017). Tourism leads to increase the revenues in terms of various forms of taxes, it leads to generate employment opportunities and for developing countries, it helps to enhance their economic conditions which are a good indicator for moving towards development. Apart from the positive impacts, there are certain issues which a tourist faces while travelling to other cities and countries such as pollution, cross cultural differences, language issues due to which tourists and local public which leads to lack of communication amongst them. Tourism industry leads to job creation but travellers visit depends on seasons which also lead to creation of jobs as per seasons. Due to travellers visit, hosting city and country faces challenges like overcrowding and traffic jams which affect the daily and routine lifecycle of local people (Deery, Jago Fredline, 2012). This articles aim is to analyse the significance of key factors which affect foreign tourists word-of-Mouth. Analysis results in determination of various direct and indirect factors which affects foreign tourists word-of-Mouth. Some of these factors of local cuisine served to them, recreation, entertainment facilities, art, history and culture. It has also been observed that there is a direct relationship between word-of-Mouth and destination image. Vietnam is known for its geographical diversity and natural ability and this has lead Vietnam to be counted in the world destination for tourism. Traditional marketing describes that loyalty plays crucial role in terms of attracting the tourists for repeat visits. Word-of-Mouth is a communication process which is used for conveying the information from one person to another and it plays crucial role in terms of buying decisions. For example: when a new product is launched in the market, appropriate promotional strategies needs to be adopted with the objective of enhancing the demand for the product. After its launching, word-of-Mouth plays crucial role in enhancing and decreasing the demand of the product and if products specifications and features will be able to fulfil all requirements of the customers, products demand will be increased in positive manner otherwise, demand will be decreased which will result in failure (Khuong Bao, 2017). Authors research also focuses over certain parameters which determine that contribution from tourism industry towards countrys economy is huge. There are certain countries which are totally dependent over tourism sector and if revenues from tourism sector do not come, countrys economic conditions may get affected in negative manner. People, industries and companies directly involved in the tourism industry get profits from the tourism industry not the local public gets benefit (Choi Murray, 2010). This article focuses over the impact of tourism and local residents support for the development of tourist destinations. Findings show that economic impact over tourism is most favourable for socio-cultural factor and behavioural factors. Authors have discussed about the positive and negative impacts of tourism in Ho Chi Minh City in their findings. Tourism leads to excessive pollution, avail huge resources in a short period of time and it also affects basic culture of the city. Authors have researched and found that tourism demand increases due to a factor i.e. tourist accommodation effects of festivals and it has a positive impact. Tourism development is also dependent over two another factors i.e. price and natural resources. Price competitiveness is the factor which describes the availability of the facilities such as accommodation at a certain amount as compared with the other tourist destinations. It has been observed by authors that tourism development is always being linked with the economic gains but in reality, tourism development also brings various challenges and issues along with the economic gains which create negative impact over the economy and over other spheres. One of the major factors which are responsible for attaining better gains from tourism development in Ho Chi Minh City is management of tourist. With the implementation of tourist management, cost factor must be treated as an important tool to determine economical gain (Chi Vien, 2 012). Social impact of tourism also brings positive as well as negative effects such as culture of Ho Chi Minh City attracts tourists but it also leads to cross cultural differences amongst the visitors and local people. In relation with attracting visitors, government and other agencies are required to reserve the ethical values of the destination along with preserving the historical monuments. For some destinations basically those to be found in the underprivileged countries, there is a kind of imperialistic relationship with the inhabitants becoming servants of the tourists (Kim, Uysal Sirgy, 2013). This article focuses over the factors which have made the tourism of Ho Chi Minh City popular. Its tourism has rapidly acquired the market share of the tourism industry. Ho Chi Minh Citys tourism contributes almost 11% to the overall GDP of the city. Government authorities have decided to maintain the acquired position and popularity of the city in the tourism industry through which its attractiveness could be maintained for the visitors. Ho Chi Minh City is one of the travellers and monetary place in Vietnam and the city has various favourable circumstances to draw travellers. Tourism impact has been considered as the significant approach and it is considered as the crucial element in the development of Ho Chi Minh City. Promoting tourism leads to incur huge costs and this is necessary in order to enhance the infrastructure. Tourism has a significant impact over the factors like social, cultural as well as environmental. Along with the positive impacts of tourism in Ho Chi Minh City, there are several negative impacts such as destruction of the infrastructure, utilisation of available resources at huge scale. Local residents of the tourist destination also need to suffer a lot. Perception and attitudes of local residents towards tourism development needs to be determined because these factors plays crucial role in terms of supporting tourism development (Cong, 2016). For determining the perceptions of local residents towards tourism development, several studies have been done by the authors and as a result, various significant factors have been analysed. Study of local residents perception towards tourism development is crucial aspect as it plays vital role in terms of providing appropriate services in relevance with enhancing tourism satisfaction (Sparks Browning, 2011). This article is based over determining key factors affecting international tourists perceived service quality and their return intention towards Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The article consist push and pull factors which leads to motivation, satisfaction factor about destination, and return intention of tourists in Ho Chi Minh City. Push and pull factors have direct impact over the tourists return intention regarding destination. In relation with tourism industry, business enterprises have taken push and pull factors into account so that the potential travellers and target audiences could be attracted towards the organization. This will help the organizations to take advantage of these factors to encourage tourists for re-visiting Vietnam. Impact of tourism has been given much attention by the authors in relevance with gathering information to examine the perception of local residents towards tourism. Development of tourism has been considered as the vital factor for revitalising the economy of a destination. However, local residents support and perception towards tourism industry plays crucial role. Thus, it is required for the tourism industry to develop appropriate strategies so that local residents needs and desires could be fulfilled. An understanding local residents perceptions of tourism impacts and their attitudes toward tourism development is a fundamental element for the success and sustainability of any type of tourism development (Kang, Lee Huh, 2010). Tourism development is a crucial aspect for enhancing the economic conditions whereas, planning of tourism development should be done by considering local values in order to avoid negative outcomes in the spheres of environment, social and economic damage to the host destination. It has been evaluated that tourism development impacts the community in both ways i.e. positive as well as negative. Majorly, these impacts are socio-cultural, economic and environmental (Ltkov Vogt, 2012). Economic impact over tourism denotes to the economic base of local residents and such elements like economic growth, employment opportunities, high standard of living are some of the positive elements. Economic instability, inflation, employment are certain negative impacts that are linked with the tourism.
